REGULATORY CONTEXT
- There is no specific rules on indoor children's areas in public spaces.
- However, all materials put at the user's disposal must comply with the article number L.221-1 of the Consummation act and the European Parliament's directive number 2001/95/CE on products' general safety.
- It is therefore necessary to conduct a risk assessment based on rules for similar materials, just as the authorities might do in case of a dispute.
